LIFE U Shop Refund Policy
Policy Statement
Clothing and unopened logo’d merchandise are returnable within 14 days of purchase, item must be in original condition, with the tags intact and accompanied by a valid Life U Store receipt.
School supplies, technology and course materials can be returned within 7 days of purchase, UNOPENED, and accompanied by a valid Life U Shop receipt.
Clinic supplies are NOT REFUNDABLE.
The store management reserves the right to determine merchandise returnability and salability.
No returns without a paper or digital receipt.
