Camp Residential Guidelines and Procedures

  • Residential campers are required to stay in Life University’s residence halls.

  • Sleep in the bedroom they are assigned to which they are assigned.

  • Respect the rights of roommates including, but not limited to, the right to privacy and free use of the shared room.

  • Abide by curfew established by the camp director, including checking-in with camper’s respective Camp Counselors/Resident Assistants every evening by the designated curfew time, and then remaining on their floor unit for the evening. Campers who are delayed in returning to their residence hall by curfew must contact a Camp Counselor by phone. The residential staff will place a call to the parents and Campus Safety regarding any camper who is more than 10 minutes late for curfew. Local Law enforcement will be contacted after 60 minutes to report a possible missing person.

  • Early arrival/late departure: Although campers should make every effort to plan their travel to Life based on their camp start and end date, procedures are in place for most camps to accommodate 1 day early arrival and 1 day late departure for those campers who are traveling from long distances and need to work around flight schedules. Please email camp director for details.
