Winter 2026 Academic Quarterly Announcements
Important Dates to Remember: Academic Calendar
For Winter 2026, payment is due by Sunday January 25th , 2026, (including housing and meal plans). Students with unpaid balances or a current payment plan after the payment deadline will be subject to dis-enrollment. Dis-enrollment is the process of being administratively withdrawn from the current quarter’s courses. Course outcomes will be recorded as a “W” and a 20% dis-enrollment fee will be applied to those delinquent accounts. Acceptable Forms of Payment
- Confirmed financial aid (loans, grants, and scholarships)
- Via EagleNet Account online (excludes Apple and Samsung Pay)
- Credit Card (US and International)
- Debit Card
- ACH using checking or savings accounts
- Third-Party Payments (529 plans, external scholarships, VA payments made directly to the university)
- PayMyTuition™ – International Student Payments Only
- Payments must not exceed the cost owed to the university. Excess funds exceeding $100 USD will be returned to the payor via the original payment method. Fees may apply.
Service fees will be applied to credit or debit card payments made for charges on your student account through EagleNet. This includes payments for tuition, fees, housing, and meal plans. The service fee helps cover the transaction costs charged by credit card companies. Please note, Life University does not control or benefit from this fee.
Service Fee Details:
A non-refundable convenience fee of 2.85% will be applied to your transaction amount when using a credit or debit card.
There is a $3.00 minimum fee for each transaction.
Payment Options via TouchNet PayPath:
Credit and Debit Cards: Accepted cards include American Express, Discover, Visa, and MasterCard. Card payments can only be made online through TouchNet PayPath, and will incur a convenience fee of 2.85% (with a $3.00 minimum).
Electronic Check (ACH): Payments made via electronic check from a checking or savings account will not incur any service fees.

Authorized Users
Students can give others (parents, guardians, etc.) the ability to access their account information using their own login credentials by setting up an authorized user account. Authorized users may view your account information and make payments on your behalf.
Please note, authorized users DO NOT have access to your stored payment methods, academic records, or other personal information.
Steps to Create an Authorized User Account:
- Go to EagleNet
- Click on Student Accounts
- Click on Make a Payment
- Select Authorized User and follow the prompts.
Enrollment starts on 11/16/2025 and ends on 1/16/2026. Installment payments are automatically drafted January 17th , February 17th , and March 17th . You must be enrolled by Friday of week 1 to take advantage of the payment plan ($25 Setup Fee). Late enrollment is offered for 10 days following Friday of Week 1. A $50 late enrollment fee applies.
Simple Steps to Enroll:

- Click on Student Accounts
- Click on LU Payment Plan
- Click Enroll in Payment Plan
Your Diploma will not be released until all financial obligations to the University have been met. Transcripts will not be withheld for any quarters if the following conditions are met:
- The student received Federal or state financial aid -AND-
- All institutional charges are paid at the time of the request
Direct Deposit. Life University requires direct deposit for all living expense disbursements. To have your monies deposited directly into your U.S. bank account, visit EagleNet to enroll.

Disbursement Policy. The quarter initial disbursements for Direct Subsidized and Unsubsidized Loans, Private Loans, Pell Grant, GTEG, and SEOG will begin week 0.
Life University will release living expenses refunds to students only after verifying student’s registration status and making sure no financial or academic holds are on their records. Students must be enrolled in courses counting towards their degree to be reviewed for aid eligibility. Federal aid cannot be awarded for courses that do not count toward their degree.
All unpaid tuition/fees/housing/meal plans and other University debts (such as but not limited to lab fees or institutional charges) are deducted from students’ financial aid before disbursement.
The disbursement for Direct Parent PLUS Loans, Graduate PLUS Loans, HOPE/Zell Miller Scholarships and most tuition-based scholarships will occur during the 2nd week of the quarter, provided funds are available. Only students who have submitted all the necessary requirements will have their disbursement available during this time frame.
Please remember that to qualify for Georgia Tuition Equalization Grant GTEG you must be enrolled UG full-time (12 hours or more). In addition, to qualify for a full-time HOPE or Zell award you must be enrolled UG full-time (12 hours or more) or to receive part-time award you must be enrolled in UG 6-11 hours. Also note that not all courses count for HOPE/Zell eligibility, so if you are registered in learning support courses, you may not receive state aid.
Educational/Living Expense Refund. Direct Deposits will be made when all proceeds have been received and all eligibility requirements for Financial Aid programs have been met, and in accordance with Federal Regulations related to Title IV funds which are:
- No later than 14 days after the first day of class if Federal funds are credited on or before the first day of class. OR
- No later than 14 days after the credit balance occurred if the funds were credited after classes began.
You may receive your living expense refund by first day of the quarter:
- If you are making Satisfactory Academic Progress (as defined by the Financial Aid office), and
- Your aid proceeds have been disbursed to Life University.
However, if you receive an educational/living expense refund, and drop hours week 0 or week 1, you may be over-awarded on your financial aid eligibility. Federal Regulations require that the Financial Aid Department notify the Office of Student Accounts to send back the amount of your aid, if any, you are not eligible to receive, due to the drop-in hours. (See Disbursement Policy above).
Your refund may be delayed if you submit your Financial Aid forms late or they are incomplete.

Fall Final Exam Schedule

All lecture finals will be administered in person on campus or remotely through Blackboard using Proctorio.
Final exam testing will occur during the time specified on the final exam schedule unless final exam is accessible for 12 or 24 hours/open access.

Within the Fall 2023 quarter CLIN-4801 OSCE was moved to 11th quarter to allow students additional opportunities to be successful before serving in a PEAK office. OSCE testing consisted of written computer-based Radiology and Critical Thought exams, and the on-ground practical portion of the examination which is modeled after the current NBCE Part IV examination. Testing was previously held for the Radiology and Critical Thought sections in the Computer Based Testing center (CBT) Week 3 during class time, and the practical portion Week 4 Tuesday and Wednesday in the Assessment Center.
Effective Winter 2024, the Radiology section of testing was moved to Week 2 during class time. Critical Thought testing remains during Week 3 and the on-ground testing during Week 4. This move has allowed students the ability to focus on one portion at a time, as well as helping students prepare for NBCE’s Part III Radiology section.

Dear GA PEAK Doctors,
Your service in PEAK is important and appreciated. It is a perfect example of serving with Lasting Purpose. You make a wonderful difference in the lives of the students who PEAK with you. Your service also helps prepare the rising generation of chiropractors for excellence. Thank you!
I am pleased to announce a new and significant benefit for all currently credentialed PEAK doctors. Dr. Andy Krantz, who is on the GA Board and has been a lifelong supporter of Life University and chiropractic in GA, and a PEAK doctor, has developed and passed a resolution that awards 8 hours of CEU credit each year for all Faculty of Life. This benefit will extend to PEAK Extension Faculty, who have been credentialed at least 4 consecutive and complete quarters in a calendar year. This began in 2025. There are no provisions for partial credit for less than 4 consecutive and complete quarters
You will notice that the students’ basic PEAK course now requires them to serve in your office 200 hours during the quarter. This will average about 20 hours per week. I believe you will enjoy having more student support during each quarter.
We also want to mention that GA PEAK doctors will now need to ensure that their social media is compliant with GA law. In short, you must not:
1. identify yourself as a Physician, 2. adjust animals, 3. provide acupuncture, or 4. claim exclusive or superior chiropractic technique.
