TSR 099 - Practical College Reading

The Practical College Reading course is designed to prepare you for college-level reading and critical thinking. During the quarter, you will read and respond to a variety of media and genres including books, short stories, essays, editorials, and news articles. The course emphasizes reading comprehension and development of critical thinking skills. This course carries five credits of institutional credit. A grade of “C” or better is required.
