CHPM 8131 - Practice Management II
(2-0-2)
This course will focus on expanding on the principles reviewed in Practice Management I (CHPM 8130), while placing additional emphasis on advanced practice management strategies. The course will include an in-depth study of advanced business strategies tailored to chiropractic practices, placing an emphasis on the following topics: financial management, marketing techniques, patient retention strategies, and staff management. The curriculum will be addressed from an ownership, associate, and independent contractor perspective.
