PSY 468 - Psychosocial Aspects of Pain Management (5-0-5) (Prerequisite: PSY 101 ) This course examines the psychosocial dynamics involved in the assessment and treatment of chronic pain. A major purpose of the course is to give students the tools needed to be able to work in collaboration with pain management specialists and to provide the initial foundation for eventually developing their own expertise in the psychosocial aspects of pain management.
