TECH 5821 - Grostic Technique (2-0-2) Prerequisite: CLIN 3609 (10th quarter student or above) This course will enable the student a method of patient care for the upper cervical subluxation complex. Upon successful completion, the student will be able to determine and quantify the relationships of the Occipital-Atlanto-Axial articulations as they relate to each other, calculate the correction vectors and apply those vectors necessary to reduce the misalignment. The course will include the supine leg check and instrumentation as it pertains to the assessment of the patient.
