Bachelor of Arts in Human Ecology Degree Requirements
Students receiving a Bachelor of Arts in Human Ecology degree must complete a minimum total of 180 credit hours of instruction.

AND
Human Ecology Specialization: Choose 15 credits from any 300 or 400 level BIO, CHM, ENV, HME, INT, MKT, NSC, NTR, PSC, PSY, or SCI courses not already taken (unless they are designated as repeatable) and for which you are eligible in terms of prerequisities. Area VI: Minor/Electives
30 Credit Hours
- Choose a Minor of 25 credit hours and 5 elective credit hours OR choose 30 credit hours of elective courses not previously taken, with at least 15 credit hours at 300 level or above. Minimum grade of C or better required for the minor.
Additional Completion Requirements
- At least 25% of coursework must have been earned at Life University
- Satisfactory complete of all Area IV and V courses with a minimum of grade C or better.
- Satisfactory completion of all courses with a minimum overall cumulative GPA of 2.0.
- A recommendation for graduation and completion of an exit interview witht he Registrar.
- Completion of an exit interview with the Natural Science faculty
- File a petition to graduate.
- Administrative and student review of records:
- Registrar Office - complete a formal academic records review during the quarter immediately preceding the intended quarter for graduation
- Financial Aid Office - exit interviews with a counselor
- Student Accounting - “Perkins” exit interview and rectify account balance.
