Policy Title
Life University Fundraising Policy
Policy Statement
All fundraising activities must be cleared by the Development Office and approved by the Vice President of University Advancement.
Strategy
Projects that have a fundraising component must be presented to the Development Office to ensure institutional awareness and to set strategic direction. The Office may request that the project be approved by the president prior to its involvement.
Prospect Identification and Solicitation
All formal activity of cultivation, solicitation and stewardship of any constituent (individual, foundation, corporation or agency) must be coordinated with, and be approved by, the Development Office.
Relationships with external stakeholders must be conveyed to the Vice President of University Advancement for potential recognition and stewardship.
