Parking for Residents Of Life’s Village Retreat Policy
Policy Statement
Effective with the leasing of bedrooms at the LVR for Winter quarter 2018, new or existing residents will have the choice of renting a bedroom with or without a reserved parking space.

Rental fees for each bed in a duplex room with a reserved parking space will be $742.00/month

Rental fees for each studio room with a reserved parking space will be $970.00/month

Rental fees for each bed in a duplex room without a reserved parking space will be $700.00/month

Rental fees for each bed in a studio room without a reserved parking space will be $928.00/month
In either case, the term of the rental agreement will also include the decision regarding the reserved space. Those retaining their parking space will do so for the duration of the lease agreement. Those not retaining the reserved space will relinquish that reservation for the term of the lease.
