Undergraduate Student Request to Change Catalog Year Policy
Policy Statement
Undergraduate students who wish to change their catalog year to take advantage of curricular changes and total credit hour requirements for the baccalaureate degree, may request a one-time change to fall under degree requirements as outlined in the current academic catalog. The purpose of this request is to allow students to take advantage of changes to the curriculum that are advantageous to the student. Prior to making the request the student should consult with their academic advisor to determine if there are any negative effects to their progress to completion as relates to the catalog change request.
Procedure(s)
Undergraduate students who want to make this request will complete the catalog change request form as provided by the Registrar’s office. This must be done in consultation with the student’s academic advisor.
