1. Purpose 

Establish a universal approved external guest speaker listShape

3. Policy Statement 

All external speakers must complete the guest speaker form, be approved by the approval committee and placed on the approved speaker list before they speak at any student club event on the Life University campus. Up-to-date license and malpractice insurance must be submitted when presenting on chiropractic topics in the College of Chiropractic including chiropractic technique.  

The approved guest speaker list will be continually reviewed and updated in response to new submissions and other factors. It is the responsibility of those individuals or organizations that organize events to ensure that they are acting in accordance with the most recent version of the guest speaker list, which is published on the LIFE University website.  

 

All student organizations must comply with the external speaker policy. The President of Life University may remove or add guest speakers to the approve list at any time.  

4. Definitions 

Student Club or Organization must be currently recognized by Student AffairsShape 

5. Procedures 

The guest speaker will complete the application to speak on the ENGAGE platform. Once the application is submitted, the administration will review the application and either approve or disapprove of the speaker’s application.
