Welcome from the Executive Director of Student Services

Greetings Life University Students,

Welcome to one of the best decisions you’ve made in your life! I am honored that you’ve selected Life University to complete your academic endeavors. As you think about your future, I am excited to join you, serve you, and collaborate with you and the Life U community. In addition, I am here to support you on your journey that’s filled with endless possibilities of opportunity, academic rigor, creative talent, and purpose. Whether you are joining us for the first time or continuing your career endeavors, I am excited to have you as part of our vibrant and diverse college community.

This Life University Student Handbook is one of the many ways we aim to keep you informed and connected to resources, policies, and guidelines. It is our hope that this tool will not only serve as an academic resource but also as a guide to campus and community support services. The answers to many of your questions can be found within the student handbook.

As you matriculate through your program, please know our campus is more than classrooms and buildings - it is a community shaped by different backgrounds, cultures, experiences, and perspectives. Each of you contributes something unique, and together we can build an environment where learning extends beyond academics to include connection, discovery, and personal growth.

As you move through each quarter, I encourage you to stay curious, ask questions, and take advantage of the many resources and opportunities available to support your success. Within Student Affairs, get involved, build relationships, and don’t hesitate to reach out - faculty, staff, and students alike are here to walk alongside you and cheer you on.

I am honored to support you as you pursue your goals and define your path forward. As a team, we are committed to providing you with an amazing student experience. Thank you for being a part of our community, and we look forward to all you will accomplish.

Yours in Service & Eagle Pride!

Welcome to Life University

At Life University, your journey matters. Whether you’re beginning your first quarter or returning to continue your studies, know that you are part of a community committed to your growth, success and purpose.

As the President of Life University, I am honored to lead an institution that not only prepares students for meaningful careers but also fosters a deeper understanding of what it means to live a life of Lasting Purpose. We are rooted in a vitalistic philosophy—one that recognizes the intelligence and potential within every individual – and that spirit is reflected across our programs, our campus and our people.

You’re stepping into a university that is evolving. We are assessing how we teach, how we serve and how we lead – together. From strategic planning and academic innovation to holistic student support, our direction is shaped by one central question: How do we best equip our students to thrive in today’s world and shape tomorrow’s?

You’ll find the answer in your classrooms, in your conversations and in the values we live every day. Challenge yourself. Ask questions. Be open to discovery. And know that you have a team of faculty, staff and peers here to support you every step of the way.

Here’s to a meaningful, transformative experience at Life U.

Warmly,

Brian McAulay, D.C., Ph.D.

President
