MBUS 5100 - Managerial Accounting (5-0-5) This course focuses on the development, interpretation, and application of accounting information for managerial decision making. The course covers the use of financial information within organizations to understand and analyze activities and operations. This course teaches students to learn the relationship between accounting information and management planning through cost analysis (such as activity based costing and the cost of quality), operational and capital budgeting, and performance measurement.
