Prerequisite: MBUS 5800 , BSN 101 may be the elective for non-BBA degree holding students
This course is one of the 3 electives for general track MBA program. This course is designed to teach students the best practices for leveraging the competitive value of human capital in organizations. This course covers the contemporary issues and practices related to workforce management, including the legal and regulatory aspects of managing employees, staffing, job analysis, performance management, discipline, compensation systems, benefits and termination.
