MBUS 5600 - Business law, Ethics and Corporate governance

Prerequisites: MBUS 5100 , MBUS 5200 , MBUS 5300
This course teaches students to explore legal implications of running businesses, while recognizing the importance of social responsibility. Students will explore U.S. legal systems and processes on areas of business law and areas of substantive commercial law. This course teaches students to work effectively and ethically within a business sector with the goal of reducing the potential expense of litigation.
